I assist my clients by organizing and prioritizing all of the tasks required to stage the home for sale. I develop a go-to-market strategy that fits perfectly with my clients objectives and current market conditions.
BUYING A HOME
Finding a new home in the Greater Toronto Area can be a real challenge for many buyers. Searching for homes that fit my clients criteria is the first step. However, in the current market, many desirable properties attract multiple offers and many buyers shy away. Working directly with buyers, I develop a buying and offer strategy that enables them to buy the home they want.
INVESTING IN REAL ESTATE
For many investors, real estate represents the best way to accumulate wealth, increase positive cash flow, and grow equity. Choosing the right property that will deliver all three prime benefits requires experience, time, and an investment strategy. Soon after meeting with my investor clients, I develop an investment strategy to guide the search and financial assessment process. The location and property must be able to deliver the investor's expected return.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Most real estate investors prefer to outsource the management of their income properties to a real estate professional. In doing so, I create a comfort zone between my clients and their tenants, mitigating risks, and insulating them from the day-to-day communications. When issues arise like repairs or late rent payment, I coordinate with vendors and communicate with tenants to resolve the problem and keep their investment on track and running smoothly.
